Returning Library Items

Returning items to the MFPL:  The library's outside book return is open.  All returns must be placed in the library's outside book return.  No returns may be brought directly into the building.  Returns will be checked in after a 3-day quarantine period, in accordance with prevailing guidance.  The Millburn Library is fine free and there will be no overdue charges. If the drive-up book return in the parking lot fills up, please use the return slot on the side of the building next to the entrance.

Phased Re-Opening Plan

The Millburn Library facility is closed to the public under Governor Phil Murphy's Executive Order # 107 but we have a safe re-opening plan in place so that, when the time comes, we will be able to resume on-site service.

Remember, right now, the facility and the book return are closed. Continue to hold on to any items you checked out.

Click here to read the library's re-opening plan.

We will announce our re-opening date once EO 107 is lifted.
